Creatrix of the EXCEPTION Era: LiSára
At 6 years old, I remember looking around my mostly female family and knowing deep in my bones: I would not live inside the conditioning handed to me.
Since then, my life has been marked by being the exception—the only girl drummer in the band, the only multilingual American in the room, the first WOC in the United States to graduate as a forensic linguist.
I built my company from 0–6 figures in six months, then added another 6 figures in just two weeks—becoming a Forbes-featured coach, guiding the C-suite of a $1B+ healthcare company, and serving thousands of clients worldwide.
And yet, at the height of all that momentum, when nearly every client was ready to re-enroll ...
I chose to walk away.
